During the nomination period, click on the “NOMINATE” button on the Welcome Page, or in the main navigation at the top of the website.

Please read the instructions carefully, and follow the instructions to complete your nomination form and upload your video.

Once your video and nomination form have been received and validated, it will appear on our site.

Your video should be 1 – 3 minutes long. The purpose of the video is to share how your school would use the $10,000 and the impact it would have on your students.

$10,000 will be awarded to the 100 schools who receive the most votes during the voting period.

The funds will be distributed to each winning school, and each school can use the $10,000 at their discretion to fill gaps in their education needs and programs.

Public Elementary Schools within Canada (excluding Quebec) and the USA are eligible to win.

Your “community” is as big as you want to make it. There is no geographic restriction.

You can share your nominated school as many times as you would like to create excitement and get more votes. Please look at the Pep Rally Tools tab for more information ideas on how to share.

School supporters can vote one time per day during the voting period of June 1 – June 15, 2023.

Yes, you can vote for any school you choose with your one daily vote.

Winners will be announced on our website on June 16, 2023. Individual winning schools will be notified directly by email.
